They offer up healthy, satisfying meals for those who are on the hunt for low-glycemic index foods.

These recipes are easy to make, and they’re quick to whip up.

We’ll show you how to make one of these low-sugar, low in carbs, low fat dishes at home, no stove required.

In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients.

Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.

Flip the baking dishes once and allow to cool completely.

When the baking time is up, drain off any excess batter and transfer the ingredients to a food processor.

Puree until smooth and creamy.

(For a more authentic taste, use an immersion blender to puree the flour.)

Transfer to a bowl and add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon of oil to the food processor to pureed the mixture.

Pulse until it becomes creamy.

Serve the dish with the sauce if desired.
