How to Eat Healthy for the Long Run, and Low Carb For The Short Run

If you’re a newbie like me, you probably have no idea. 

If this is you, then the answer is a resounding yes! 

 I’m an avid reader, I’ve written about low carb for the past decade, and I’ve been a blogger for over 20 years. 

What I have learned from my own journey is that for most people, low carb will last forever. 

If you’re new to this, read this blog post to get an idea of how long low carb is going to last. 

In the meantime, I’m here to share some quick tips on eating healthier for the long run. 

Here are the five basic steps to eating healthy for the longest time.1.

Eat Low Carb Daily, Not WeeklyThe first step to eating well for the shortest amount of time is to eat healthy for at least three days per week. 

This sounds like a lot, but if you’re like most people in this world, it’s only one day a week. 

 This means that you’ll eat healthy during most of your week.

For example, if you want to lose weight, you’ll have to eat every day to lose 30 pounds. 

 The most important part is to choose foods that will keep you healthy.

Keep the Diet SimpleAvoid choosing foods high in sugar, high fat, or sugary foods. 

Instead, eat a lot of veggies, fruits, and whole grains.

Eat More Foods that You LoveThe most effective way to eat healthier is to keep the diet simple. 

It’s also important to make the choices that are easiest for you to make. 

The foods I eat every week include: Avocados, avocados from a jar, whole grain toast, rice, pasta, and fruits.

Eat Healthy for Less Than 3 DaysThe second most effective and least stressful way to stay healthy for a month or longer is to try and eat more foods that are healthy for less than 3 days. 

I don’t recommend you try to eat anything more than 2 meals a day.

Eat Less and Have FunI want to give a shout out to my favorite food. 

Avocado is one of my favorite things to eat, but I know many of you will find avocado delicious and easy to make at home. 

You can easily make avocado at home by making the dressing or using a fruit blender. 

Once you have your avocado, cut it into wedges and sprinkle it on top of whatever is on the menu.
